New Year's Twins Born In Different Decades

The following Sky News report caught my eye, I thought it was worth sharing with you. As you can see the accompanying picture shows very little of the newborns.
A set of identical twins will celebrate their birthdays on different days after being born either side of midnight on New Year's Eve.
Their mother Margarita Velasco went into labour on December 31 in Tampa, Florida.
Baby Marcello was delivered by Caesarean minutes before midnight.
His brother, Stephano, was born moments after 2010 began.
The twins' father Juan said it would be fun for the boys to enjoy birthday parties on different days when they were older.
He added he was relieved both babies were delivered safely after a "high risk" pregnancy.
Born ten weeks premature, the twins are expected to remain in hospital for two months

Questions You Just Can't Answer

If you blame someone for your failures, do you credit them for your achievements?
If FedEx and UPS were to merge, would they call it FedUp?
If all the world is a stage, where is the audience sitting?
How come every one's going so slow if it's called the rush hour?
