When Dope Had A Whole Different Meaning

When I was still at work a female colleague of mine, Anne Dixon, had on her office wall a poster the headline of which read 'Grow Your Own Dope'. Below the headline was a cartoon drawing of a man buried in the garden with just his head sticking out of the ground. Underneath the drawing was a caption 'Plant A Man'. Who said us males were chauvinist.
